If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, you may request a refund within 7 days of delivery.
To be eligible, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and include all components and tags.
Proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation email, is required to process any refund.
Refund requests must be submitted via Support@arozzo.shop or by phone at (720) 666-6667. Once the returned product is received and inspected, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Items returned after 7 days or that have been used or damaged by the customer are not eligible for a refund.
If you receive the wrong product, contact us immediately. We will provide instructions for returning the product and either issue a replacement or a full refund based on your preference. Our goal is to ensure your satisfaction while maintaining transparency and fairness in our return and refund process.
